[Qgis-user] CAD functions plugin

Hi Stefan

I had a quick look at the CAD plugin. The tools work very well and I think 
they will be usefull for a lot of people. Very good work!

In the orthogonal tool, there are two small problems:
- it does not transform the coordinates back to the layer CRS if on-the-fly 
reprojection is turned on
- it does not snap to background layers (if ctrl-key is not pressed)

I think the orthogonal digitizing would be great to have integrated into 
normal digitize mode somewhen in the future.

It would also be great to have those tools in src/app as standard digitize 
tools. I'm sure Cédric may help you in case you have any questions on how to 
port to C++ ;-)
