thanks a lot for this work.

But I have some difficulties.
My config is XP sp3, QGIS 1.4.0 (version 12728) Your new georefplugin.dll
instead the original dll

I am trying to reuse GCP points from standard 1.4

The original tiff use EPSG:21781 Swiss CH1903 /LV03 so I specify this epsg
after choosing raster file.
I obtain a info window with Unable to load GCP points. and my .tif.point
file is cleared.

Is the 1.4 .point files compatible with new georeferencer?

After I try to create new GCP, but it's only possible to give world
coordinates in degree not in meters (oblique mercator)

I don't know how to change this behavior. Please help me. After I will
continue testing.
