Alexander,
just an slight difference: in installations made with the win qgis
standalone installer
there is no Python25\Lib\site-packages folder
I copied
pyparsing.py
pyparsing_py3.py
to \Quantum GIS Enceladus\python

and the plugin starts up. Will let you know any problem.
