[Qgis-user] QGIS for Windows: can the directory ".qgis/python/plugind" be moved?

Fine, I was only notifying of the problem, I am used to all kinds of such problems regarding Icelandic characters in filenames, therefor I was not bothered. But now it has been fixed, and many Icelandic users will not have the problem anymore.

Hi,

The problem has already been fixed by Jurgen. Starting from the next dev
version available with the osgeo4w installer (tomorrow), you should not
have more problems.
