[Qgis-user] QGIS WMS GetMap request wtih SLD?

Hi folks.    

Are their any discussions or plans that QGIS will be able to send a WMS
GetMap request, which also contains a link to an SLD? 

As far as I understand SLD only works together with the OpenLayers and other
online webservices. 

Is it so bad? I have searched the Internet for an answer for many hours?
