[Qgis-user] Qgis error open program

Hello everyone,

I have version 1.5.0 Qgis - 82 trunk, installed on my PC with OS Windows XP
SP2, downloaded the OSGeo site and installed the version 1.5.0 - 101

and trying to open the program gives an error, sending attached file
(image). Today I downloaded version 1.5.0 - 102 and still giving the error
and can not open the program.
