[Qgis-user] Spectral Profile: cannot install

Hi!
I'm trying to install plugin Spectral Profile on QGIS 5.0 (ubuntu 9.10
binaries)
but get the following error:
The plugin is broken. Python said:
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/PyQt4/Qwt5/Qwt.so: undefined symbol:
_ZN13QwtLegendItem17setIdentfierWidthEi

I've revised with synaptic and it seems I have everything related to 
Qwt5

Any idea on what to do?
