Thanks, but

1. Neither of the following SQL where clauses work
ID = 12 (which is the one that works in Attribute Table/Advanced Search)
"ID" = '12' (which is the one that is written by using clicks)
"ID" = 12 (which is the one I thought was correct)

I guess this is a bug, could you confirm I'm not doing anything wrong before
filling a ticket?

2. Note that this is not as interactive as selecting record(s) in the table
and then just selecting "display selected records only", so I think we
should add this to the wish list.
