Hi Marco,
Someone has probably already told you - unfortunately the Multitemporal
and Multivariate plugin won't currently work on Windows, as it requires
the fractions module, which was introduced in Python 2.6.  On Windows at
least the OSGeo builds still use Python 2.5 :(
