[Qgis-user] Adding coordinates to google earth

I don't understand why you would want to do that.
1. QGIS supports kml files directly (which is why I could suggest "save as" in QGIS to kml.  I guess you might need to select the Google CRS when doing this).
2. It seemed the original poster was asking how to use QGIS to get coordinates into Google earth, not how to use Google earth to get coordinates into QGIS.

gpsvisualizer.com has the ability to convert kml to gpx..
qgis can handle gpx file format.
(provided the kml is a linear or node, and a small file)
