[Qgis-user] Can not find ordinal 127 in the dynamic link

Thanks for your reply.
I have replaced the library libpq.dll that was in system32 and now the error
message that appears is:
"Not Found the procedure entry point libiconv_set_relocation_prefix in
the dynamic
link library libiconv-2.dll"
