[Qgis-user] Can QGIS be started (in windows) with a template from the DOS commandline?

Hi, first posting . . .- 

I'm wondering about launching QGIS from the Browser and hopefully opening a template of some sort at the same time.  What's a good QGIS specific file type to key the browser in on starting QGIS (does it have it's own mime-type anything?)
