Hi Stefan

libqgis_core.so is probably not in the standard library path. You may point 
the fcgi module to it by adding LD_LIBRARY_PATH  to /etc/apache2/mods-
enabled/fcgi.conf:

<IfModule mod_fcgid.c>
  ...
  DefaultInitEnv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /home/marco/src/qgis_trunk/lib
...
</IfModule>
