[Qgis-user] update osgeo4w problem

I have been attempting to update my osgeo4w through the installer and
thought it was a problem on my end. I have been watching now and noticed
that it stops at the same place each time.

The xerces-c-vc9-3.1.1-1.tar.bz2  seems to be the problem. Does anyone else
have this problem through osgeo4w installer?

I am checking with my IT dept to see if it could be on our end.
