[Qgis-user] Win7 64bit: GRASS-plugin nearly nonfunctional (Bernd Vogelgesang)

Yes, there are known issue with qgis and GRASS 6.4.1

A number of this blocking issues have been solved in GRASS 6.4.2RC that
entered in osgeo4w yesterday, so probably need just to wait a few days
before qgis/ogeo4w will catch up with this new version of GRASS.
