[Qgis-user] changing the default behavior for "coordinate reference system of new layers" in QGIS general options?

True, prompt seems to be a better default. It is changed now in master 
fecb0de028a83bcd6768cbb5663f2439bd2f920f

I'm also doing a backport to 1.7.1 if there are no urgent objections.
