[Qgis-user] flip vector line direction

Hi all,
 apologize if this item was just discussed on this list.
Is there a tool in QGIS to change (reverse) the digitization direction
of a linear feature?

I've found the command in GRASS: v.edit map=line_map_name tool=flip
but this seems only works for GRASS layer (not SHP nore PG layer) and
the selection
is not interactive (selection is by cat, bbox, coords,...). I know I'm
asking too much...
.....but any suggestion is appreciated.
