[Qgis-user] Ubuntu 11.01 Cmake file

I had this problem when updating to Ubuntu 12.04, I had to reinstall the 
libspatialindex. After that when running ccmake it will (should) find 
SPATIALINDEX_INCLUDE_DIR
and SPATIALINDEX_LIBRARY both automatically (i.e., it should not be 
necessary to point to these manually).
