I visited (and saved) the site in November, and it contained the same as 
the help file you already know, and a few screencasts, which I did not 
save to my local disk (or they were not available).

You might search for the Author, Stefan Ziegler.

http://code.google.com/p/cataisrepository/ offers only the source code, 
but no additional help.
