For example, if I execute a buffer process I pick a point feature from a
shapefile layer in QGIS, then WPS plugin must create the <wps:Execute>
request and encode the point feature in GML and send it to WPS server. My
question is why WPS plugin encode the feature in GML2 instead of GML3? Is
GML3 not supported?
