[Qgis-user] Prompt for 'Enable on the fly CRS transform'

I don't understand why you can't simply enable OTF in the Options. It
doesn't slow things down when CRSs are the same I think.

But you can this as a a new feature request in the bug tracker, it
should be simple to implement.
