[Qgis-user] Tool button on composer window

It is called Composer Plugin (its in Marco Hugentobler's repository).

Hey James,

 

There should be a old plugin that did that extact thing, I think it was
called Composer example.  Not sure where it is though.  If I find it I
will let you know.
