[Qgis-user] win 7 doesen't like Qgis

Hello Matt,
 I got it to work by downloading to a flash drive. You're probably right about using admn. commands, I just haven't got to trying that. 
I did see "unable to load....Qt5.dll etc." during one attempt though.
