[Qgis-user] cad tools 3d

 Hi,

 Although I am not the author of the CAD tools I would say no - not in 
 the near future.

 The whole infrastructure for 3D is not yet there in QGIS. Until then it 
 would be hard/useless to do 3D CAD tools in QGIS.
