[Qgis-user] Shortcut to toggle topological editing

Hi all,

While editing I often switch between topological and non-topological 
editing. With the menu, this requires four clicks: edit, snapping 
options, enable and ok. Wouldn't it be an idea to add this item to the 
"configure shortcuts" menu?
