[Qgis-user] Problem with Raster to Vector (Polygonize)

When I try to use this functionality I get the following error:

Does anybody know how to solve this, obviously a procedure cannot be found,
I am using the Qgis Lisboa version as is, meaning I didn’t make any
modifications just downloaded, installed and try to run, thanks for any
help/advise,
