[Qgis-user] Where to get a current build without using OSGeo4W

Thanks Both. It's blocked by web-sense; it doesn't like the Curl component
("proxy avoidance" - pah). I tried downloading it separately at home and
bringing it in but to no avail.

Fortunately in the interim I've remembered that NextGIS do one - it has a
Russian splash-screen, but I can live with that. Hopefully it'll include
the Oracle part. http://nextgis.ru/en/nextgis-qgis/

I must admit, it would be nice if QGIS released more intermediate stable
builds (i.e. patches), rather than force folks to get nightly builds for
bug fixes.

Thanks,
Jonathan
