[Qgis-user] Installing plugins offline

Dear Claire,

did you copy plugin into your personal plugin directory?
>From the "\" in the path I suppose you use Windows, then you should copy 
the plugin into a subdirectory of
\Documents and Settings\<user name>\.qgis\python\plugin
