Hi Bernd,

You will need to convert your GPS data to decimal degrees before importing
the data into QGIS. Do that here (http://bit.ly/Xsh7u8). Once you have done
that replace the deg min sec with the decimal degrees, save your data as a
*.csv file and import into qgis. This tutorial will help
