[Qgis-user] different behaviour of a wms service in qgis 1.8 and dev

i see a different behaviour of the same wms service in qgis 1.8 and qgis dev.

it's a service of points and in 1.8 there is complete transparency between
the points but in 1.9 there is a white background.

is there anything new between 1.8 and 1.9?
