[Qgis-user] Fwd: extract the Lat/long coordinates on polygon layer

the first thing i can suggest you is to use sextante. search "polygon
vertices to points" and a point shape file will be created. this shape has,
as attribute, the information to group by the points as belonging to same
generating polygons.
then, go in edit mode, and add $x and $y new colums/fields
