[Qgis-user] Problem with QGIS 1.8 ´s plugin "load to postgis raster"

Hi everyone,
>From some days ago. I had been a recurrent problem trying to loading a tif
image to postgis 2.0  database.

Windows 7 is my current platform. Please. I need some help.

Always I tried to, I got this python´s error from QGIS:
