[Qgis-user] Scipy - I can´t install for use with Qgis 2.0 - Windows 8

In fact I was able to bypass the install problem of LecoS, when I used both
QGIS-standalone (1.8.0) and Winpython 32 bits.
But when I try to start the plugin I get the error listed below.

Any hint are welcome!
