[Qgis-user] R6034 error message

I installed QGIS 2.0 64bits on Windows 8. When I load QGIS I got the error
message R6034.

I installed  the Nigthly build (QGIS 968c3212_1) and I am getting the same
message.

"An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library
incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more
information."

According to MS an application has made an attempt to load the C runtime
library without using a manifest. And the solution you need to modify your
application to build with a manifest.

Another issue.. When I load a WMS service and clic in a layer on the canvas
I get a Crash dump and the program stop working.
