[Qgis-user] How to set polygon invisible with border in qgis 2.0?

I'm really confused I can not find how I set a polygons area at invisible
but visiable borders in qgis 2.0.

Polygon created in 1.8 with invisible area but with visible bordersare
correct drawn,

I have looked in right-click on the layer in Layers-->Properties-->Style
