[Qgis-user] language settings

Hi!

I just wanted to note .. regarding the paragraph "and also that the
translation are quite bad and also incorrect in some parts."
You are more than welcome to contribute and join the translation to
correct the incorrect parts.
I understand if you would like to use the english version but that
also means you speak english quite well,
others might not be such lucky and you can help them and provide your
knowledge with translating QGIS to your language.

Would be nice to welcome you on board the translators.
