[Qgis-user] Resample a raster

Use whatever method you use in GRASS thru SEXTANTE.  Maybe r.resamp.interp
will do the job. If you're using a 1.x QGIS version install SEXTANTE as a
python adding. QGIS 2.x has SEXTANTE built-in.
