[Qgis-user] Change cut/copy/paste functions to actions and add to edit menu

Hi Larissa,

I guess this is for the print composer. I don't know what is meant with
"Change cut/copy/paste functions to actions" but cut/copy/paste was added to
the edit menu in the print composer for QGIS 2.2 I think.
