[Qgis-user] Globe plugin

Hi Jorge,
I don't know if anything has changed, but when I enabled it in 1.8 I think
it was it would lock up QGIS entirely. Incredibly unstable.
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/9818 - implies it is still unstable depending on
the platform.
