[Qgis-user] toolbar handle off screen

I wanted to move the attribute toolbar to a different docked location but my
finger slipped somehow and now the toolbar is only half visible, and the
handle to move the bar is off screen and not selectable. 

What can I do to get the bar back to the docked location I wanted to move it
in the first place.
