[Qgis-user] qgis-bin.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I got the error message when I tried to upgrade 64-bit qgis this
morning. At that time, I saw time stamp of dlls in apps/qgis/bin is
2013-09-22. Just now I've re-install the qgis package, and then dlls
have been updated and the error no longer happens. I can see the dlls
in qgis-common-2.2.0-1.tar.bz2, which has just been downloaded (was
not downloaded this morning).
