[Qgis-user] Oracle Spatial Vector Layer Buttons/Menu not visible in QGIS 2.0 on Ubuntu

I just installed QGIS 2.0 using the recommended method of manually updating
my repository list and running sudo apt-get install qgis python-qgis. QGIS
appears to be installed just fine, but the "add oracle spatial layer"
button isn't in the left side button list, nor is it an option when trying
to add a layer through the menu. The documentation for 2.0 doesn't indicate
that there are any other steps necessary to enable Oracle Spatial. What am
I missing?
