[Qgis-user] Shortcuts broken on QGIS Master on Windows?

Hi,

On one of my Windows machine all of my shortcuts are broken in QGIS
master. I wonder how I can reset this. Where are the shortcut
assignments stored? Do I have to remove the .qgis2 folder in the Windows
user profile? Or is there another way to restore it?

I see that one can save and load these settings. Perhaps I have to
export the settings from one machine and import it again?
