[Qgis-user] Loading a .map url in QGIS

I'm trying to load maps from this Catalogue:
http://www.siglapalma.es/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=30&Itemid=42in
QGIS Dufour, but copying the url with a .map ending into the usual
"Add
WMS layer" window gives me a can't connect message. Am I doing something
wrong, or is it not possible to use this type of map in QGIS? The map which
particularly interests me is:
http://www.mapasdelapalma.es/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/home/cabildo/maps/wms_cabildo_base.map.
