[Qgis-user] FW: PostGIS Raster view in QGIS 2.2?

DB Manager works, sometimes. A few of use are trying to find a
repeatable case of what does and what does not work. It seems more
dependent on exactly how the layer is imported into Postgis rather than
what system you are on.
