[Qgis-user] how to install SciPy?

The easiest way to check if you have it installed is just to open Plugins >
Python console and to type "import numpy" or "import matplotlib" without
the quotes. If the console did not complain (otherwise if you don't see
some red text coming up ;-) ) then you have it installed.

Both numpy & matplotlib along with many other things are part of what we
called Scipy. You may try this under Windows or Linux or OSX systems. It
doesn't matter the OS.
