Guessing you are on windows:
- yes this will be in the weekly build http://qgis.org/downloads/weekly/

If you had installed QGIS via the OSGeo4W Network Installer, you have
the possibility to install 'QGIS-dev' which is updated every night.

For other operation systems there are other options
