Hi Zoltan,
why not upgrading the pacikage in
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/BulkVectorExport/ ?
We can ask (again?) the original author, and add a new version in case he does not
reply in a reasonable tiome frame (hey, it's GPL after all!).
