[Qgis-user] QGIS 2.10 Layer Ordering

I'm running Debian Jessie and the layer ordering allows dragging but no
dropping and thus no reordering. Yes the check box for controlling draw
order is checked.

I'm curious if this is unique to Debian Jessie or a general bug in 2.10.1.
