[Qgis-user] Create Spatialite DB and import prj files

Hello!  I am using Qgis 2.2 and am having trouble getting a Spatialite db
to work.  In earlier versions I was able to use the Spatialite GUI and
create a db and import the prj files from the layers then create a new Qgis
project and use the db in place of the individual prj files.

I have tried this same procedure several times with different aproaches but
when I go to use the db in Qgis it doesn't work??
